I have been doing Zoom workouts with Kenzie for about 5 months. Her availability to push me to new heights without a gym is amazing. You will definitely feel the burn while losing weight in all the right places.
With the stress of the pandemic taking its toll on my mental health, I found comfort, motivation, and strength in my daily workout with Get Body by K. I was able to exercise my mind and body while training with Kenzie. She helped to establish a balance in workout activities that included weight training, cardio, stretching and deep breathing. I am stronger both mentally and physically.
Since working out with Get Body by K, I am stronger, healthier, and leaner. The constant motivation and encouragement received from Kenzie through our Zoom workouts have made me view exercising differently. Kenzie is flexible, breaks down each circuit, and provides alternatives to each exercise if I need it. I no longer view exercise as a chore, but rather a lifestyle.
Working out with Kenzie has been a highlight of quarantine. She guides us through workouts at our own pace and makes sure we are pushing ourselves. Kenzie offers group Zoom workouts and individual sessions to help us meet our goals. When we can’t make Zoom, she sends us workouts to do on our own. Such a great trainer. Summer body coming soon!
