With vacations and new years around the corner, I decided that it's time to tighten up on my eating, practice discipline with my workouts, and take my own advice and DRINK SOME JUICES!
Over the next 3 weeks, I'll be sharing my weekly meal plans designed to help me tone up in the next few weeks. I will be cutting back on carbs, sugars, and alcohol to tighten up my lower stomach. Additionally, I will be working out 4-5 days a week with a 2 days of cardio, 2 days of weight training, and one pilates class.
